Are you familiar with Abe’s Mini Muffins? Those popular little pastries are dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, and soy-free, and loved in countless households. So it comes as no surprise to see the release of Abe’s Brownies. These single-serve sweets come in a similar format, but with a denser, richer, and more indulgent recipe.
Abe’s Brownies are the Vegan, Nut-Free Answer to Chocolate Dessert
Like all Abe’s products, “the vegan brownie” is considered school-safe. It’s made without dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, and soy to suit the Abe’s dietary restrictions and those of many other kids. But unlike their other products, which come in a plethora of flavors, Abe’s Brownies are launching in one classic flavor.

The following information is provided by Abe’s parent company, PR Pastry.
Our baking facility is an SQF “Comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System” (highest level) and free from peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. In order to maintain the highest food safety rating, our baking process is audited twice a year by a certified third-party.
Equipment: Abe’s vegan varieties NEVER touch production equipment that interact with dairy, eggs or soy. Also, at the end of each run, all tooling and equipment is dismantled and carefully washed before the next flavor goes into production.
Cleaning: Each morning, beginning production is dependent on all equipment passing an ATP swab test for germs and proteins found in food allergies. At the end of each shift, all equipment is dismantled, rinsed in 200°F water and then run through a wash cycle at 180°F using a special cleaning solution.
