Bread SRSLY is a specialty company in San Francisco (naturally) that traditionally leavens gluten free sourdough bread with wild yeast cultivated from the air and grain. Did I mention that it’s vegan and top allergen-free, too? Yes, it really is. And they now offer three varieties: Classic, Seeded, and a very unique new Cinnamon Raisin.

Bread SRSLY Gluten Free Sourdough Bread is the Real Deal

This isn’t another French bread hybrid. This is bold, tangy, classically fermented sourdough that isn’t sweetened – even the cinnamon raisin contains just a touch of date syrup and leans toward the savory side. Each loaf has a beautifully browned crust and textural crags throughout. The bread tastes light, but is rather dense and fulfilling. It comes in relatively small loaves, which are quite weighty!

What Others Are Saying …

If it weren’t for the price …

July 26, 2020

I would buy this bread regularly. But honestly, since my husband is no longer gluten-free, it is a bit pricey for us. But it is delicious and unique. It’s like a true sourdough with a bold and tangy cultured flavor. You can tell it’s gluten-free, but once toasted, the crust is crunchy and the inside become wonderfully tender.
