If you shun dairy, nuts, coconut, and soy, then it might be time to look for Modern Pop Ice Cream Bars. These single-serve frozen desserts are made with a cool, creamy, vegan avocado base, and they come in the most enticing classic flavors.
Modern Pop makes the First Dairy-Free Avocado Ice Cream Bars
To keep the sugars lower, Modern Pop uses a combination of cane sugar and erythritol (sugar-free sugar alcohol) in several of the ice cream bars. If you have an issue with erythritol, look for the Fudgies. Those are sweetened solely with cane sugar.
