Foods with benefits are an ongoing trend, so it’s no surprise that REBBL Elixirs continue to improve. Their original formulas were pretty mighty, with adaptogen ingredients like reishi mushrooms, ashwaghanda, and maca. But they’ve recently added another immune-booster to some of their most popular flavors: beta-glucan. This carbohydrate has been shown to protect against infection by bacteria, viruses, and other pathogenic microorganisms. We’ve updated this post to include their latest flavors and ingredients.
REBBL Elixirs Get an Immunity Boost to Adapt with the Times
Beyond the basic nutritional content, each bottle of REBBL Elixir has a break down of the herbs, spices, MCTs, caffeine, and adaptogens. And according to their website, they “only use adaptogens at levels that correspond to traditional therapeutic, or quality clinical data.” So each flavor touts benefits like immunity, cardiovascular health, balance of adrenal function, relaxation, or energy.
We’re frequent purchasers of REBBL Elixirs, so I’ve had the chance to sample all 8 of their current flavors. I’ve included quick tasting notes below for REBBL Elixirs, and you can read my thoughts on their Protein Drinks too! Be sure to leave your own unbiased rating and review below once you’ve tried them.
Reishi Chocolate
This is a creamy dark chocolate milk beverage that you’ll want to sip often, or at least I do. The immune boosting and healthy aging advantages are simply a bonus.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic coconut sugar, organic alkalized cocoa powder, organic acacia, organic cocoa powder, organic vanilla extract, pink salt, organic quillaia extract, baker’s yeast beta-glucan, organic reishi mushroom extract, organic stevia extract, gellan gum.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 180 calories, 8g fat, 24g carbs, 4g fiber, 11g sugars (includes 10g added sugars), 4g protein.*
Turmeric Golden-Milk
This is is a great grab-and-go option if you don’t have time to make golden milk. It’s creamy and smooth, but it also has sweet hints of honey and a gingery bite that I love. I like this flavor after a good workout, or when I’m feeling under the weather. I find it very soothing.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic honey, organic acacia, organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic vanilla extract, organic cardamom, baker’s yeast beta-glucan, organic cinnamon, organic quillaia extract, pink salt, organic black pepper, organic stevia extract. contains: coconut.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 140 calories, 8g fat, 17g carbs, 1g fiber, 9g sugars (includes 8g added sugars), 1g protein.*
Maca Cold-Brew
This is a super-boosted cold brew that’s energizing, without the crash. This is just one of the reasons why maca has been one of my favorite adaptogens for years. And why this flavor of REBBL Elixirs is one of my favorites. This variety is notably sweeter than the Reishi-Cold Brew (which was discontinued), so it’s a great option if you like some sweetness in your cold brew.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic cold-brewed coffee††, organic acacia, organic coconut sugar, organic maca extract, organic vanilla extract, organic quillaia extract, pink salt, organic stevia extract, gellan gum.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 130 calories, 8g fat, 16g carbs, 0g fiber, 7g sugars (includes 6g added sugars), 1g protein.*
Maca Mocha
If you need a boost sans coffee, then I recommend this elixir. It still contains 10 to 20 milligrams of caffeine from the cocoa, but that’s far less than a cup of coffee. Like all of the chocolate REBBL drinks that I’ve tried, it isn’t sugary or overly sweet. But it’s just sweet enough to do the trick. I like it for a chocolaty boost in the morning. But it could also be a great pick-me-up in the afternoon, when you might not want to drink coffee.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic herbal infusion (water, organic chicory, organic carob), organic coconut sugar, organic acacia, organic alkalized cocoa powder, organic cocoa powder, organic inulin (prebiotic fiber), organic maca extract, organic vanilla extract, organic quillaia extract, pink salt, organic stevia extract, gellan gum.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 180 calories, 8g fat, 25g carbs, 6g fiber, 9g sugars (includes 7g added sugars), 3g protein.*
Ashwagandha Spicy Chai
I like the spicy chai “bite” in this one but the texture is a little gritty and not as creamy and smooth as the other flavors. If you don’t mind a more rustic consistency, then this flavorful might be worth a try.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic assam tea (brewed organic assam††, water), organic coconut sugar, organic acacia, organic ginger puree, organic spice blend (organic cardamom, organic cinnamon, organic black pepper, organic clove), organic ashwagandha extract, organic vanilla extract, organic ginger extract, organic quillaia extract, pink salt, organic stevia extract.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 140 calories, 9g fat, 17g carbs, 1g fiber, 8g sugars (includes 7g added sugars), 1g protein.*
Matcha Latte
This tastes just like a classic matcha latte that is just lightly sweetened and chilled. If you like iced matcha lattes in the summer that aren’t sugary, then you might truly enjoy this flavor.
Ingredients: organic coconut-milk (water, organic coconut creme), organic honey, organic matcha green tea, organic vanilla extract, organic spirulina, organic quillaia extract, pink salt, organic stevia extract.
Nutrition (per 12-ounce bottle): 120 calories, 7g fat, 11g carbs, 1g fiber, 9g sugars (includes 8g added sugars), 1g protein.*
Discontinued Flavors
It looks like their Turmeric Lemon Tart and Reishi Cold Brew REBBL Elixirs were discontinued.

What Others Are Saying …
A staple in my house
July 26, 2021
I buy these elixirs regularly, and love that they go on sale often. They make it easy to get adaptogens and superfoods on the go, so I don’t have to stock a bunch of powders and supplements in my cupboard. I also really like the packaging, the colors, and how clear all of the information is.

loved the Reishi Chocolate, but bottle is not recyclable in many communities including mine

I loved the Reishi Chocolate, but bottle is not recyclable in many communities including mine. Therefore I will not be able to purchase again until the plastic for the bottle is identified by number on the bottle. Hope that is soon. thanks
