Uproot sprouted up in 2018 in Providence, Rhode Island. Their goal was to make plantmilk that exceeds dairy milk in quality, and is accessible to hospitals, colleges and k-12 schools. To encourage growth, they’ve relocated to New York, and now serve institutions throughout the Northeast. They’ve also launched their first retail products! Uproot Milk Single Serves are shelf-stable, ready for lunchboxes and purses, and come in two varieties.
